Terms of service

Sweet provides moderation, security, logging, temporary voice channels, tickets, leveling, analytics and related features inside Discord, plus this web dashboard. Features may be added, changed or removed at any time. Some features are marked premium and may require a subscription or a grant from the operator.

• Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
• Do not use the bot to harass, spam, raid, or evade moderation on any server.
• Do not attempt to overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the bot, its API or its database.
• Server administrators are responsible for how they configure logging, moderation and automated actions, and for informing their members where local law requires it.

Settings, panels, custom messages and other content you create remain yours. You grant the operator a licence to store and process them only as needed to run the service. How data is handled is described in the privacy policy.

Anti-nuke, anti-raid, AutoMod, quarantine and lockdown act automatically according to the thresholds a server sets. They can produce false positives. The operator is not liable for actions taken by these systems; administrators can review every action in the logs and reverse it.

The service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees. Maintenance, Discord outages, or changes by third-party services may interrupt features. We try to announce planned downtime in the support server.

You can stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your server. The operator may block a user or server that violates these terms or Discord's rules, or that causes technical harm, without prior notice.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or losses arising from server misconfiguration or actions of third parties. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for premium features in the last twelve months, if any.

We may update these terms. Continued use after the “last updated” date means you accept the new version. Material changes are announced in the support server.
