Step by step

"Sweet didn't respond in time." Usually a restart in progress; try again in a minute. If it persists, check /license status: a paused server only answers a few commands.
A command does nothing. No prefix set (mention the bot or /setprefix), the command is disabled by an override, restricted to a channel, or your role lacks the permission shown by !help <command>.
Bot can't give or remove a role. Move the bot's role above that role in Server Settings → Roles.
Logs, greetings or tickets never appear. The bot lacks View Channel, Send Messages or Embed Links in that channel, or the category is private without an overwrite for the bot.
Anti-nuke did not identify who did it. The bot cannot read the audit log; grant View Audit Log or Administrator.
Anti-nuke banned one of my moderators. Strict mode bans anyone who is not whitelisted or covered by a permission grant for that exact action. Give the moderator role a grant (!antinuke permrole role:@Mods actions:ban,kick,timeout,purge limit:5 window:10 or Security → Permission grants), then unban them.
Anti-nuke could not ban the attacker. Their highest role is at or above the bot's. Move the bot's role to the top; nothing else can fix this.
Invites show "inferred". Give the bot Manage Server so it can read invite uses.
Verification button does nothing. The bot's role is below the Verified role, or verification is disabled; !verification status.
Quarantine keeps coming back. Release with !unquarantine (or remove the role by hand, which pardons too); heat and strikes reset on release.
Dashboard shows "Server unavailable". The bot was removed or you lost Manage Server; re-invite from that page.
Dashboard page is slow the first time. Pages are rendered on the server and then cached for 30 s; the first load after a deploy compiles them.
