Step by step

Every server gets a 3-day free trial from the moment the bot joins. 24 hours before it ends, and again when it expires, the person who added the bot receives a DM (falling back to the owner) and a notice is posted in the server. After that the bot pauses in that server: only /help, /prefix, /setprefix, /license and !premium still answer, and no events are processed. Nothing is deleted: settings, logs, levels and stats are kept and everything resumes the moment a subscription is active.

Subscribing (Patreon)

1Subscribe on Patreon (Sweet tier, €4.99 per month) and connect Discord in your Patreon settings.
2Join the support server. Patreon gives you the patron role there automatically.
3In your server run /license claim (needs Manage Server). One patron activates one server; /license release frees the slot so you can move it.

If the patron role is removed (subscription lapses), that patron's activations are dropped right away and the server falls back to its trial state. Servers owned by the bot owner, and servers on the exempt list, are free forever and show Free in /license status.

Premium and limits

!premium shows the plan and the current caps (custom embeds, autoresponders, custom commands, counters, feeds, tickets per user…). A subscribed server has premium: higher caps, premium rank-card themes, AFK embed fields, longer log retention (up to 365 days) and footer icon / bot name branding. Server admins can lower any cap for their server under Configuration → Features → Limits (for example "1 open ticket per user"), never raise it above the plan.

Good to know

Launch offer: while spots last, the next 10 servers that add Sweet get every feature free for 30 days instead of the normal trial. /license shows whether your server has it and when it ends. The home page shows how many spots are left.
A paused server keeps every setting and log; nothing is deleted.
Admins can lower caps under Community → Member tools → Limits, never raise them above the plan.

If it does not work

/license claim says no membership. Connect Discord in Patreon settings, wait a minute for the patron role in the support server, then /license refresh.
