Mention the bot and say it in words
Most of what takes an afternoon of clicking can be said in a sentence. Mention Sweet and describe what you want; it works out which setting you mean and which channels and roles you are talking about, then shows you the whole plan and waits.

Manage Server only | The permission is checked before the message is read, so an ordinary member mentioning the bot never reaches the planner. |
Nothing happens without a button | Every plan is shown in full — which channel, which role, what will be counted — and does nothing until you press Do it. A misread request costs a glance. |
A fixed list of things it can do | Sweet chooses from operations that are written into the bot. It cannot invent a new one, and it never writes settings you did not ask about. |
It picks, it does not make things up | Channels, roles and categories are matched against ones that actually exist here. When it cannot tell which you mean, it asks instead of guessing. |
When it reads something wrong
Press Cancel. Nothing was changed, because nothing is changed until you confirm. If it could not work out what you meant at all, it says so and lists what it can do — the ordinary commands are always still there.
One detail worth knowing: if you ask for a message requirement without saying over what period, the plan will tell you it is counting a member's whole history here. Say “in the last 48 hours” if you meant recently active.
