Write it once

Most of what staff answer is the same ten questions. Write each one down and Sweet matches what somebody actually asked against them — they do not have to use your words.

Sweet never writes an answer. It selects one of yours and shows it exactly as written, so there is no wording for it to get wrong, and editing an entry changes what people are told immediately. When nothing fits, it says nothing.

In tickets

When a ticket is opened, the request is read once and used for two things: a triage note for staff with the urgency and which team it looks like, and — if one of your written answers covers it — that answer, posted in the ticket straight away. Staff still reply; the member is not left waiting for something you already answered in writing.
