Step by step
A panel is a message with one or more buttons, or a dropdown of reasons. Each press opens a private text channel under the panel's category, visible to the opener and the staff roles, with a welcome message and Claim / Close / Transcript buttons.
Build panels on the dashboard (Community → Tickets)
- Basics: name, ticket category, staff roles, transcript/log channel, channel naming (
ticket-{NUMBER}or{USER}), welcome message (variables work). - Reasons: one or many. Each has a label, emoji, topic and an optional category override. Two or more reasons can be shown as a dropdown instead of buttons.
- Panel embed: title, description, colour, image, thumbnail, footer, or a custom embed by name.
- Post to any channel; re-post after edits. Recent tickets and open counts are on the same page.

!add @user @user2 @Support inside a ticket: add members or a whole role (up to 10)
!remove @user take them out againClosing locks the channel instantly, saves the transcript to the panel's log channel with a summary (opened by, closed by, claimed by, open time, reason), DMs the transcript to the person who opened it, and deletes the channel. If no log channel is set, a channel named ticket-logs, ticket-transcripts or transcripts is used when it exists. The per-user cap on open tickets is under Configuration → Features → Limits.

- From the dashboard staff can Claim an unclaimed ticket, Close it, download the Transcript, and Reopen a closed ticket before it is archived.
- Tickets page → Server-wide behaviour sets auto-close (hours without a message, checked every 15 minutes; 0 = off) and whether the opener is DMed the transcript. Each open ticket has Transcript (download .txt) and Close buttons on the dashboard.
- Closing deletes the channel after saving the transcript; the transcript channel must exist and be writable.
If it does not work
- Ticket opens but staff cannot see it. The panel's staff roles are wrong or the category denies them View Channel.
